Thank you for shopping with Bogey Ball Apparel. Every item is made to order, which means your order is created specifically for you after it is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or free shipping offers. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, Bogey Ball Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at bogeyballapparel@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at bogeyballapparel@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
We'll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
